This spring the Parks and Recreation Department will begin using a new membership and registration software, ActiveNet! 

In an effort to better serve our members, guests and participants we will be switching over all active accounts from our current system CivicRec (aka Rec1) to ActiveNet for the  processing of all memberships, programs, lesson and class registrations, facility reservations, and more.

This switchover is currently set to take place in March of 2020. Parks & Rec staff will begin work in January transferring as much information as possible into the new system. Courtesy notifications will be sent out via email and placed in the Rec Center with information and instructions on necessary steps account holders can take to help ease the process and avoid hang ups during this transition. During this time we would like to encourage current account holders to review all account information and ensure it is up to date and accurate.
