My Rec Story: Trevor

I’ve been a member at the Rec Center for over a year. I was paralyzed in January 2025, requiring emergency back surgery to regain lower-body function. Thankfully, I’ve relearned to walk. The Rec Center has been huge in my physical and mental recovery, with accessible facilities and an incredible staff. Special shout out to my trainer Caesar, who listened, adapted, and guided me in my recovery and weight loss. The Rec Center has become my sanctuary and second home. I love it here!
